We worked with city requirements for the Committee of Adjustment and acquired the approvals necessary. The house was fully re-designed and re-configured on the inside to contain 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths Upstairs, And A Self-Contained Bsmnt Suite W/ Separate Entrance. The design included shifting the stairs forward to allow us to build a powder room under the stairs.
