Our client, a modern design enthusiast, wanted a super sleek home for his family of four and we responded. The design places the kitchen, family room, and bedrooms at locations to allow the maximum amount of daylight with out compromising on privacy. The feature skylights at the stairs continue up to the roof and accentuate the vertical elements of the home on the inside and out. The design features volumetric extrusions on the exterior that tie back to the interior design. Square Vis Architects wored in a 3d environment to deliver visuals for review with the entire family. A sun study analysis around that house was conducted to review light penetration into the house and allow for adequate heating and cooling.
