A growing family was in love with the area but could not find their dream home so they purchased an old bungalow and transformed it into their dream home. An addition was built on top of the garage and the rear addition extended the house into the backyard. The home was transformed with a modern ranch style exterior and open modern interiors. The second floor features a vaulted family room and a balcony overlooking the backyard. We took the project from site plan approval to building permit approvals at the City of Mississauga in record time.
