This 8,000 sq.ft. estate home was transformed from a traditional bungalow home to a modern luxury multi-level house. The project features an extensive addition at the back, a full facelift at the front, and a flat roof on a portion of the home. Once in the living room, you will notice the sloped ceiling that ties back to the second floor which overlooks the living space. The ceiling contains multiple skylights that were strategically placed to allow for sunlight penetration. Sun studies were conducted to review the ideal location of the living room and slope of the roof. This home was transformed to be a modern oasis with a strong connection to nature by using natural materials.
