This residence was transformed on the exterior, interior, and landscape to be a luxury home retreat in the heart of Bayview. Square Vis Architects worked with the client on planning, design, budget, construction, and approvals. The 3,500 sq. ft. house was tastefully finished with high-end modern materials with touches of natural wood. The project was executed utilizing 3d software to quantify the material requirements and help the homeowners make decisions with proper visuals. The house features an oasis backyard with a waterfall and a spa bench in the master bedroom.
